Primary School located on the banks of the Foyle just south of the city centre. Our school is one of the oldest in the city but today we are fully equipped with modern technology, including a computer suite and interactive whiteboards in every class.

Holy Family Primary School serves the wider community to the west of the city and includes a Nursery School.

On behalf of the Staff and Governors at Groarty Integrated Primary School, I would like to extend a warm welcome to you to our school's website. Our site contains information about who we are, what we do and where you can find us. At the beginning of September 2005 Groarty was given Integrated status of which we are very proud. We are the only Intergrated Primary School on the east bank of the city. We consider our school a special place, providing each child with a sound foundation in the skills, knowledge and experiences needed to become active independent learners, ready to take their place in the world outside school and able to play a useful role in a constantly changing world.
